We need to create use case diagrams for the first milestone. I can think of the following use cases for our mini-Shopify:

Creating a Shop (viewpoint: merchant)
Adding/Removing/editing a Product (viewpoint: merchant)
Searching a product, entering a store, adding items to the shopping cart, and proceeding to checkout (viewpoint: customer)

Actors in the use cases are the customers and the merchants (shop-owners).
