Finetune VAD model #536

Hi All, How are you? We would like to adapt the VAD model to a new domain / case which is not handled in the current version. Is it possible to fine-tune the current VAD? if not can you add a tuneable VAD version?

@phineas-pta, thank you for your response. I saw several issues opened in silero's repo regarding fine-tuning that were not addressed and I thought maybe there is a workaround here. That is the reason I asked to add a tuneable VAD model. @guillaumekln @Purfview
