Read Me installation options not sufficient #30

Please make a change to let users know that step 4 must be repeated for sparse octree and sparse voxels. If they do not build these packages the H2 mapping does not work at all.

It appears that the installation order for the sparse octree and PyTorch should be reversed. Thank you for your suggestion; I have updated the README file accordingly.
