problem with BS_hisat2_index.py #3

刘博士您好，

我在进行hisat2index的时候感觉似乎进了死循环，上面这几个.rf文件似乎在一直出现又消失，而.ht2并没有改变。我用的是GRCh38.84的基因组和gtf文件，另外我想问一下代码里提到的 control.fa是什么呀。 谢谢！

这是我build使用的命令：

python BS_hisat2_index.py -i /referenceseq/hisat2/grch38/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.dna_sm.primary_assembly.fa \ --gtf /referenceseq/hisat2/grch38/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.84.chr_patch_hapl_scaff.gtf --hisat2-path anaconda3/envs/m5c/bin/ -o HISAT2_INDEX -p 16
