Capacitors need voltage ratings Resisters need wattage dissipation ratings As well as the specifics on the MOSFET so a suitable one can be found. A complete Bill of Materials needs Manufacture Part Numbers however suitable ones can usually be found by the manufacturer during the Quote process.

  1. If you prefer powered 12V -- Capacitors min voltage rating is 16V. If you prefer powered 24V or higher -- Capacitors min voltage rating is 50V
  2. 1/4W resistor.
