Couldn't load plugin 'sz_module' due to an error when calling its initGui() method #44

I installed this plugin by unzipping to python/plugins folder, but I get this error after start QGIS. All necessary information can be found on the 2024-07-30_162535 attached screenshot.

try to install the plugin using the XML file as described in: https://sz-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
