Changes endpoint '/cap-parser' to '/api/cap-parser' Adds endpoint '/api/merge'

TO DO:

[ ] manually merge missing data from old instrumentsFULL.json into satellites.json
[ ] add ifs to orbit data template
[ ] replace font with a condensed one
[ ] translate SAC-D description
