See https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/events-that-trigger-workflows#release for example release should create new tags for images
also amend the tag in docker compose?
What about main? when to bump the version on main

Note build pipeline for the new go exporter doesnt exist will need somethign custom which does a GOOS=linux go build first to generate the binary
