change adding img for docs

add img/docs with each payment account while registering or at one of the stages for activating the account

now the logic will change slightly , Hmm...

first stage will be only registered numerical values not needing an authentication docs with it then after login and verify ur account u will face

that u must upload docs about charity to make the admin authenticate that you r an official charity

each payment method added the charity must upload with it a docs for such for banking account or phone number must upload a verification for the owner of that number or bank account

also that required in editing or adding a new one as layer of security to prohibit any scams or let say we hope : )
