Hi
I've got exactly the same configuration but in my case:
- the speed is correct
- the longitude stays stuck to 0.0000° in BTstack (well received by
TryGpsOut5+ on my iPhone 4)
Any idea?
Thanks
Olivier

Hi Oliver!
I just checked my longitude on Btstack, it's working fine.
Also tryed uninstalling/reinstalling both trygpsout5+ on the iPhone and
BTstackGPS on the iPad2, but still the same problem.
I've got Airblue sharing and Airblue stack installed on both devices, can that
interfer with BTstackGPS?
I'll try and uninstalling those and try again.

I have the exact same speed issue. I'm using an iPad 1 with BTStack GPS and
TryGPSOut for 5.0.1 on my iphone4. Speed displayed is almost exactly half the
correct speed. Any work arounds or fixes for this?

While not impossible that there's a bug in BTstack GPS, this looks rather like
TryGpsOut reporting the speed incorrectly (as I didn't get this error for real
GPS devices yet). Did you guys try to reach the author of TryGpsOut?

Hi again Matthias!
Yes i wrote on his support page aswell.
When i look at trygpsout on the iPhone 4 iOS5.1, it displays the right speed in
meter/sec.
On the iPad When i look at BTstack GPS it displayes about half the speed in
meter/sec.
So offcours both navigon and tomtom are showing me the wrong speed on the iPad.
But I don't know if trygpsout is displaying the correct speed but transmitts it
wrong..

Fixed!
Uninstall TryGpsOut for iOS 5+ v2.0 (from bigboss repo)
Add the repo http://apt.trylandgps.com in cydia and install TryGpsOut v2.1
Now both navigon and tomtom shows the correct information!

Any reason why it does this ?

Weard, I'm running the same setup iOS 5.1.1 iPhone4.
I bought and installed the one called: TryGpsOut5 for iOS 5+ from BigBoss repo.
