bluetooth not accessible #258

Hi,
Please look the picture attached.
When I try to connect via your application (fully paid), I receive the message: 
Bluetooth not accessible.
I try to delete and reinstall the application but I receive the same message.
I work with iphone 3gs with 5.0.1.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
