[salesforce-rest] develop CRUD endpoints #37

with the addition of SFRecord now living in each api endpoint, a lot of the abstraction we achieved there has moved. Instead a generic Create Read Upsert and (maybe) Delete are now more useful.

I'm going to hold off on delete for now, but this got done in 0e4e53d0f95307a13614be9a9ddbb98b981eff2f
