Out of sync game position #553

When playing with Leela-zero, when trying the different positions, game board get out of position. It starts to play under stones.

find a position, start an engine (generate a move), go another position in the game, start engine, go another position and start engine, it sometimes start to play under the stones, finds invalid moves. V0.43.1, my observation it start 1 or 2 ver. before..

Black just made the move K11. After then, for white I started "generate move" and white's move is also K11. This is my first case (I didn't saw before), white played under the last black's move.
