Break up landingpage in chunks #59

Hi, @mudler,

please give me feedback, whether you think, I am on the right track. The aim is to break up the content into smaller chunks (and verify it can be built on Travis) before moving forward with re-arranging them.

RSS is partially fixed here. That is, for the landing page. Hugo is able to render it now.

Looks good, let's see it on the testing website and merge on production later

Ehm, @mudler, where do exactly can I find the testing website?

I've looked at https://sabayon.github.io/sabayon-website-next/ and https://next.sabayon.org/ which both show the old behaviour (because no merge in Sabayon:gh-pages?).

I should definitively work more often on this :-)
