Breaking Change: Rewrite markup #78

This huge PR drops Bootstrap and restructures the content to make it easier to edit in the future.

I want to be able to take advantage of what hugo offers (like shortcuts) to ease maintenance.

Waiting for a „perfect” relaunch makes it harder to integrate it back. However, I made sure to incorporate all changes since I branched out. Please double check.
