Upgrade to CircleCI 2.0. Fixes #76 #86

Hi, mudler! I'm going to document my research and #76 so the staff can benefit from it. Including reading up it took me about ~1h to translate our config.

I haven't tested it though, so please do not merge yet (only after our website got pushed to production).

I've merged https://github.com/Sabayon/w0h000/pull/8 on CLI, so we can progress on this from my point of view.
