[x] Prepare Seed-Data (10-20 Demos, Sceners, Groups, Parties, everything)
[x] Code to seed the data into a new Database
[x] Additonal project 'Initier' or something like that
[x] Docs on how to clone and init

Create something like a setup: Step 1: Check DB-Connection and if DB exists Step 2: Ask for some credentials to create a standard admin-user Step 3: Create tables Step 4: Seed data

Additional (supported by EF?): reset/clean to re-seed
