Feature request display LOC for each commit in the list

currently we can only see commit message in the list. It would be super nice to be able to see LOC changed.

like: +15 | -33

when the commit addee 15 lines and removed 33

Nice Idea! Show the line changes of file, published as v0.0.11, you can update from marketplace.
