Added general Constellation parent class, containing general orbital elements. Added unit tests for ConstellationCreator, Satellite, WalkerConstellation and FlowerConstellation classes. Added Flower and Streets of Coverage constellation types.

Streets of Coverage

Calculates phasing and orbit parameters of satellites in constellation
Given anomalistic revisit time, calculates required number of satellites

Flower Constellation:

Calculates phasing and orbit parameters of satellites in constellation
Representation in both Flower and Walker schemes
Determines minimum revisit time
