[Bug: Forecast] All of the SA weather forcast widgets functionality are broken

Describe the bug The widgets functionality seems to be broken, returning no weather data.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (make sure add "```" to create syntax):

1. I updated my o.s afther a month of leaving it off, then the widgets broken.

Expected behavior The widgets should work normaly

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 - 19045.4474
• Rainmeter version: 4.5.18

Additional context I checked the rainmeter logfile, it seems to have an error on the timestamp format

Broken for me as well (windows 10 latest).
Looks like this is at least the 5th person to report it not working.
