Autoclaim swaps to wilderness #206

Hii there,

I've just installed SaberFactions 3.0.1-RC but very quickly found what seems like a bug. When I enter the command f autoclaim safezone (after using f bypass), and check the server console, I see one chunk getting claimed for the safezone (which then gets claimed back soon after) and it swaps back to claiming for wilderness instead.

Is this a known bug?
