Normal Member permissions not correctly mapping to conf.json

Describe the bug Player with the rank "NORMAL MEMBER" are not taking the settings from the conf.json file. This can easily be fixed once "NORMAL MEMBER" is changed to just "NORMAL".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change settings in conf.json at "NORMAL MEMBER"
2. Start Server with Factions plugin enabled
3. Create new faction so new default settings can be seen
4. Observe how nothing has changed
5. Do the same again with "NORMAL MEMBER" changed to "NORMAL"
6. Observe how things change now

Expected behavior Either settings from "NORMAL MEMBER" updating accordingly or conf.json generating with "NORMAL" instead of "NORMAL MEMBER"

Server Version (please complete the following information):

• Spigot Version: Purpur 1.18.2
• Factions Version: v1.6.9.5-3.0.2-RC

• Minecraft Version: 1.18.2

For anyone else coming across this error while this is still getting fixed:

Check your factions.json file and manually update permissions that users don't have access to change themselves if you use non default f perms setup. Factions that have been created before the change will still have the old default settings from before the "MEMBER" fix
