Update some maven properties & dependencies, replace fanciful with adventure, and other bug fixes. #231

Maven:

Removed unsupported dependencies
Updated existing (maven) plugins
Optimized jar sources (reduced final size by 1.2KB)

Saber:

Replaced outdated Fanciful API with Adventure API
Fixed issue with factions not being able to disband due to invalid gui slots in confirmation gui

There is still more to be done with the API replacement, but wanted to get its foot in the door. Logic optimization and time complexity of some implementations, is some of the things I've started to adapt from Titanium and will share soon.

Nothing appears to be broken logically and in-game.
