Description: This change modifies many the ShapePropagation module to propagate shapes better in McLab. The changes include:

More accurate handling of built-ins
Distinction between empty input and [] in the language
A math mode in the equations to allow easier calculations of shape dimensions.
Fixing many equations for built-ins.
Adding a few logical built-ins to support in the McLab front-end
Extending some of the constant propagation
Fixing the BasicMatrixShape functions to distinguish between is or may.
