[Problem] MPF reporting unneeded layerbreak info for DVD-5 discs

Describe the issue MPF is generating an unnecessary layerbreak line in the !submissionInfo.txt file for DVD-5 discs. Confirmed when dumping DVD-ROM and DVD-Video discs with both DIC and redumper.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Dump a DVD-5 disc
2. Check the logs

Expected behavior Layerbreak information should only be present for disc types that require it (i.e. discs with multiple layers)
