[Problem] 3.0.2 doesn't find discs on redump #613

[x] .NET 8.0 running on (Operating System)

Describe the issue MPF can't find disc info from redump

To Reproduce

Dump a disc that exists on redump
See error

Expected behavior That disc info is found from redump

Additional context I've tried with two different discs, and I have tested that I'm logged in correctly within MPF
