IsNClosed Issue #11

Made a mistake on adding the IsNClosed stuff to the Stored Variables section. If WqSonde = NONE then the variable IsWQNClosed doesn't get declared. For ease of fixing it, I'll just take it out of the conditionally compiled statement so that it's always declared no matter what.

Temporary fix completed. When i have time, I'll make a better fix. For now it works fine.
