Update RDITemplateMaster.dld #31

In connection with issue #28. Changed the variable usecommszeroforsonde to "one" for consistency's sake. Made to use TTL logic instead of RS232. Did not address ADVM at this time. I think we need this in the master code sooner rather than later to avoid the problems I was having.
