Add "IsNClosed" to Stored Variables #6

Currently, the "IsWqNClosed" and "IsVmNClosed" are not stored with the other variables in case of power failure. It's not likely that this should change, but I think it'd be worth adding to the list of variables we're storing.

Added these to the stored variables in the USR drive. Pulled the new version to the master.
