Modified SUNA routine to all for stats to be populated with less values. Created tables for Good and Bad values, depending on thresholds being met.

@USGSminc Please take a minute to review this. It couldn't automatically merge, so I resolved the conflicts here and believe I did it correctly. Just verify that your Iridium stuff still looks right and that they're aren't obvious issues with the SUNA, if you would. (I did save a local copy of the master, so we're good there).
