Review / Expand POST Endpoitns #5

Review the endpoints, they all seem too much alike, write up some descriptions for swagger.

Add descriptions to:

[x] Games/POST
[x] Matches/POST
[x] MatchDataPoints/POST

Fix:

[ ] POST Game shouldn't take it the id. Review the fields requested.
[ ] Same thing for POST Games.

Then:

[ ] See if we need any more post endpoints
