Changes to make a transparent background #2

By default there is no way to make a plot with transparent background. It's important when making slides. Changes that I made makes a graphics background transparent and not white.

@SachaEpskamp hello! Did you find transparent background feature useless?

I think I closed this because I assumed it was already fixed. Transparant background works with bg = "transparent" right?
