Added Button Box Initialization with LEDs #29

LEDs all turn on for 1 second and the Floor and Hatch LEDs are the only to remain turned on at initialization. Also changed Teensy LED Ports

Proven code on latest implementation, which should be final unless actual robot practice results in new requirements.
