Updated shell and related preprocessing python script #7

Hi @Sachin19!

I ran into some issues while running the train_toxicity_classifier.sh and made some changes so that it works!

I'd really appreciate if you could review the changes and see if the changes are according to your initial intentions.

Thanks! @Sachin19, also, I was meaning to ask you via e-mail, but since we started a discussion chain, I'll leave it here.

I tried to also follow directions for "sentiment" in the readme file but could not find the script! (examples/training_constraint_models/train_sentiment_classifier.sh) I think it'd be good if you could also update this file!

If you'd rather want me to leave this comment as a separate issue, lmk!
