Cant configure onscreen controls. #19

So i have a issue where when i pull down on the top of the screen to edit the controls instead of a tab pulling down the name of the game and a settings button i get just my regular notification pull down so the only way i know how to fix this is by making a GIF on screen then going back and hurrying up to click the three dots

Well I can but there is a bug I have to minimize the emu then reopen it then I can see the menu button to edit the controls Edit: I think this has to do with the side menu for the s8 when putting the emu to land scape and sliding the side menu then closing it the 3 dot menu shows ? Crazy

I found out there is a little dot next to the minimize button double click on that will enable the menu back
