Make sure that the .3ds or .cia files you try to run / install to the emulator are decrypted either by a real system (see 3ds.hacks.guide for reference) or using this tool (https://gbatemp.net/threads/batch-cia-3ds-decryptor-a-simple-batch-file-to-decrypt-cia-3ds.512385/)
Hmm, well as far as I am aware, they are .3ds files, having already been decrypted.

Please help me. My lenovo S90 5.0.2,425 snapdragon isn't working with this .I get the game icon in the emulator but they crash when I open the game.
What am I supposed to do?

I have installed the latest version of Citra.
I have a Pocophone F1 that is up to date on software, so it should be completely capable of running Citra.
For some more background information, the games that Citra has in it's launch menu have a grey x where the box art should be. Here is the log
