Anchor bar doesn't disappear unless I relog, also causes HUGE frame drop when loading into a new area and have to reload. RE: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/bron-cena?comment=10
We're probably initializing too often; try to move initialization and options stuff into just when the player logs in for the first time or reloads their UI
