Startup bug #16

Version: Paper 1.21.1 Mode: Offline because its a server on my Proxy network if that matters

Hi Steven-OS. As far as I can see, this error show up because at the moment StarMail didn't support Paper fork, but Spigot only.

Btw I have on my schedule to work on a compatibility layer, also because it is not the first request for compatibility with Paper. So the issue can remain open until done.

Hi Cqmmls, as I mentioned in the other issue addressing the same problem, first I needed to work on other things in order to be able to get busy developing the compatibility layer forPaper.

One example was the previous release, which introduced a required feature (Blacklist), but above all the priority need for compatibility with the latest version of Spigot (1.21.1).

Now that I've developed a solution for that, and others necessary minors, I solved even the compatibility layer for paper.

Both Cqmmls and Steven-OS can find in the latest version here that support Paper.
