Having an issue where docker does not start up on the Jetson. Will have to do more troubleshooting.

Was able to get docker working via the fix above. Attempting to build the ROS package within the nvidia docker image, facing compilation errors.

Will not be using Isaac ROS Compression. Found the correct parameters for great compression. https://wiki.ros.org/compressed_image_transport
