Get Arm and Drive system working on Jetson

On initial attempt, arm and drive system successfully build on Jetson, but there were weird issues with gamepad controllers not being recognized.

Need to do some troubleshooting with this.

Fixed issues with gamepad input detection, and pygame. Need to fix issues with CAN bus not working properly.

Update:

• Now using a CAN tranceiver with the pin headers on the Jetson.
• Could not get the USB to CAN adapter working with the Jetson.
• Have successfully tested CAN communication with Jetson and Odrive S1

Need to test Arm system with Jetson.

Arm is working. Had to set usb devpath permissions with chmod to get it working with the MCP.
