I tried copy/pasting the HTML table from Firefox to LibreOffice Calc, but Calc doesn't handle the colspan properly. Excel might have the same issue, I haven't checked. It might just be that I'm running an old version of LibreOffice.

Either way, adding a CSV exporter in addition to the HTML generator shouldn't be difficult. @rbaker26 Should we look into this?

Book2.pdf This is what excel looks like after a copy paste.

It is chopped vertically in the pdf version due to print areas.
