Not working on Windows 7 #178

I tried Green Tunnel v1.8.3 on Windows 7 and it doesn't work at all (blocked websites still can't be accessed). But in Windows 10, it works.

I tried running command green-tunnel --verbose 'green-tunnel:*' from the installation folder, but it didn't show any log messages at all, I guess this command only works for linux version?

Also, I suggest to add a feature to minimize the app to system tray.
