Do you live in Russia? I think your isp or government is blocking cloudflare doh (DNS Over Https) service? isn't? just open terminal app and type: ping cloudflare-dns.com to sure cloudflare doh is working or not

if doh is blocked and you see request timed out just install nodejs and cli app to change default dns server to one of open doh server in your country
