Windows GUI green bug + uninstall does not revert proxy settings

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install GreenTunnel GUI v1.7.4 on Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041.

Expected behavior

• Once installed the app must turn green whenever the proxy is turned on. But it does not happen so. On clicking there is no change in UI.
• On following actions : turn-off / quit / uninstall - the proxy server that was started must be reverted back to the original settings. This does not happen & the user is stuck with unusable internet if the app is not running

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041
• Browser: chrome 86.0.4240.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Version: GreenTunnel v1.7.4

Additional context After looking through this issue I was able to revert back to normal internet after uninstalling the app by following steps:

1. Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
2. Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings (I searched [ctrl-f] for MigrateProxy).
3. Delete following registries (I presumed the apps sets the proxy in Windows using the technique described here): MigrateProxy, ProxyEnable, ProxyHttp1.1, ProxyServer, ProxyOverride .

You might also want to look into this issue - seems quite similar.
