Wiki Issues - can't add enhancements #102

I guess I may be missing something - there is only a New Issues button and 
there isn't a choice for Enhancements.

After clicking New Issue, at the bottom you can pick labels. Default is 
Type-Defect
but I can delete Defect and can replace it with Type-Enhancement. Failing that 
create
it as a defect and I'll correct it.
