error in transfers.txt file does not appear in validation-results.html document #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. feedvalidator.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
validation-results.html did not indicate any errors with the transfers.txt 
file, however, the automated notification stated that the feed could not 
be parsed because it had some errors.  Message from Fred Fang stated "in 
the transfers.txt lines 158-185 reference stop_ids which do not exist in 
the stops.txt."  Why didn't this error appear in the validation-
results.html file?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transitfeed-windows-binary-1.1.7

Ivan added basic transfers.txt support in r910. It will be in 1.1.8 that I'm
releasing today.
