warn about trips that don't go anywhere #189

If a trip only has stops within a small distance (100m?) warn that it may be 
fairly useless. A trip that doesn't go anywhere won't appear in routing 
results but will clutter up lists of scheduled departures and are likely a 
mistake. Google internal ticket 508558749 has an example.
