server couldn't fulfill the request in validation report #202

feedvalidator 1.2.2 or later warns when a newer version is available by 
making an http request. If it fails an error is sent to stdout and put in 
the html. But no context is provide so the HTML seems to contain a random 
message such as

The server couldn't fulfill the request. Error code: 407.

If is to prefix with what it was trying to do when the request failed.
