Schedule viewer does not work in IE8 out of the box #208

When opening the Schedule Viewer in Internet Explorer 8 the map and the
route list does not load. Selecting Compatibility view fixes this problem,
so the quickest fix would probably be to include the IE7 compatibility meta
tag described in http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc288325(VS.85).aspx

I could find no mention of this in the groups, so I'm marking it as low
priority.

Added the X-UA-Compatible to Schedule Viewer in r1236. Couldn't find a better
alternative, so closing as fixed for now.
