Feedvalidator - Check calendar_dates.txt for duplicate id/date rows #214

The following error was detected by the basic_importer but missed by the 
feedvalidator.

*** Error:  Duplicate key value.
Csv name: calendar_dates
Csv file:calendar_dates.txt
Key: checkunique_servicekey_date  Csv column(s): (0: service_id, 1: date)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The feedvalidator script should have caught this error.

What version of transitfeed feedvalidator? I think this was fixed in 1.2.3. If 
this 
isn't the same as issue 82 please provide the calendar_dates.txt lines causing 
the 
problem.
